Totem Ocean Trailer Express (TOTE) has filed to increase its fuel surcharge as published in Item 345 of TOTE tariffs 300-C and 201-A from 15.5% to 16.5%. This filing was made with the Surface Transportation Board of the United States, and will become effective March 11, 2007.

This action is being taken due to the fact that fuel costs for TOTE vessels have increased to a level not seen since August of 2006.

TOTE will continue to closely monitor vessel fuel costs and make further adjustments as appropriate.
