- I-5 North
- S. 320th St. / Federal Way Exit #143
- Right on S. 320th St.
- Right on 32nd Ave. S.
- 1st building on the right
Interstate 5 (I-5) from Portland
- Interstate 5 North: Take Exit #137-HWY 99-FIFE-MILTON Exit
- Follow the sign towards 54th Ave East (go under the overpass)
- Turn RIGHT at the stop sign onto 54th Ave East
- Take 54th Ave East (which becomes Taylor Way), go between 3 and 4 miles to a dead end at East 11th Street . (This is a flashing Red Light)
- Turn LEFT onto East 11th Street
- Go 1 block to the light at Alexander Ave
Vehicles & RV's:
- pass through the light into TOTE's facility.
- Stop at the gate, present picture ID to the guard, and he or she will give you directions to the Vehicle Department
Trailers & Visitor Traffic:
- Turn Right on Alexander Avenue for ½ mile to TOTE entrance gate
- Stop at the gate, present picture ID to the guard
