If you believe any of the charges on your TOTE Freight Invoice are incorrect:

Please read this notice carefully prior to downloading and printing the TOTE Overcharge Claim Form.

Download and print the Overcharge Claim Form.

  • please read it carefully
  • complete all the fields
  • sign the form
  • Fax the completed form to (253) 449-8124

Please include copies of any relevant documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and rate quotes.

Allow 10 business days for normal processing.
